Start your own nomadic life checklist:

Here is a quick checklist to get you started with your adventures below. Here are the top 10 things I learned the hard way that I want save you from repeating:

  • Make sure you update your amazon delivery address whenever your travel. Always use Amazon Prime to make sure your parcels arrive faster within your STR period

  • Pack light, make sure you pack the lightest things first, layer up your body with bulkier clothes.

  • Start planning your next STR or SA location by Identifying what resonates with your lifestyle.

  • Plan your trip around an outline of events that aligns with your travel goals.

  • Write to hosts conversationally, like you're chatting to an old friend

  • Bring something to read, books are heavy to carry around, better go digital like Kindle

  • Use several media types (gif, short video, or image) to deliver your messages.

  • Use /share your previous STR experiences to assure host that you'll not trash their property

  • Give your host something to look forward to - when they meet you

  • Take 5 minutes to edit your message, make sure you spell their name right.
